End of the Patriots season

Here we are a Western Michigan's Waldo Stadium. Bob holding the numbers and Scott #3.
Here they come...the 9/10 Portage Partiots!

Scott is on the ready on the kickoff team!

Elizabeth the ever ready fan!!! Even in the cold and the rain!

And off she goes off of the TALL beam!

Here she is cheering at the Portage Northern Huskies Game! The HS cheerleaders had a 2 hour camp and then invited all of the little cheerleaders to cheer during the first quarter of the game. She did great!!!

And here she is practicing her cartwheels off of the balance beam in Gymnastics!
Great try on defense...Unfortunately after all of the work...The Patriots lost 10-0, but it was the fewest number of points the Giants ever scored! Cheers to a great season.

We got spirit, how 'bout you?

Last weekend was WET, but yet football is one of the only outdoor sports that GOES ON.... Elizabeth chose the perfect weekend for a sleepover at a friends so she was not subjected to the 9:00 am game in the POURING RAIN. Since all of our umbrellas had taken a walk, off I went to find new ones along with all of Portage.
RAIN RAIN RAIN!

Elizabeth has been busy making music videos with her friend Audrey and their Webkinz. Her new little camera takes great videos and she is really getting the hang of it...

On today's game, Scott made 2 great passes and a great tackle! They won the game!

Last night we got to go bowling for the kids cousin's 8th birthday...Scott loved riding the Go-carts and both Scott and Elizabeth loved the Lazer Tag!

Elizabeth also lost another tooth recently and the tooth Fairy brought her 2 Andrew Jackson dollar coins. (see bottom teeth)

School Starting and Rocket Football Fun

I am here again to try and keep this up...this summer was a bit of a bust with my broken leg, but now I am mobile again and taking video and pictures. We began school with a third grader and a fifth grader hard to believe.

Bob has a new job at a public high school and I have a 4th 5th grade again this year. It takes quite a bit of adjustment to get back on schedule.

Scott had his first Rocket Football game and had a great game. He played quarterback and on defense he plays linebacker.
His team (the Patriots) won 20 to 6! Yippee!

Elizabeth and her friend Jessie are making "mummy dogs" with mustard and ketchup eyes

We also started school this past week...here are the darlings on their first day. Scott is not so happy!! I think when he heard he got to go to camp, his mood was much improved.

Here is a taste of Scott's first game. They played against the Chargers and Scott made the last touchdown!
